POS Device - Settlement (Delay or Not Received)
Dear Partner,
Banks may hold your transaction settlement if they encounter any unusual behaviour or risk. So, if you have not received a settlement of a particular transaction, please share the following:
1) Date of transaction
2) Amount of transaction
3) POS Terminal ID or Device Serial Number
4) GST Invoice of the transaction
Once we receive these details, we will forward the same to the bank for verification and settlement of funds.
