Biometric Device Installation for AePS services
To use AePS services, it is mandatory to have the RD services of the biometric device that you are using on your system.Please follow the steps below to install these services.
Please uninstall the existing RD services of any device from your system. You can do this by going to "Control Panel" >> Uninstall Programs
2.Download the RD services from the below URL:
Morpho – https://rdserviceonline.com/pages/find-device-serial-number
MANTRA - https://download.mantratecapp.com/Forms/DownLoadFiles
3.Once it is downloaded, you can install them and restart your system.
4.You may now connect the device with the system and start using the AePS services.
If you are using the device on mobile app, you can connect the device to your smartphone and you will be automatically redirected to Google Playstore. Kindly download these services and software required on your mobile. Once done, you may initiate a transaction.
