कभी-कभी लेनदेन की स्थिति "लंबित" होती है। हम आपसे अनुरोध करते हैं कि आप चिंता न करें और नीचे दिए गए समय का पालन करें और जब तक समय पार न हो जाए, तब तक शिकायत न करें। यदि समय पार हो गया है तो कृपया बेझिझक हमें लिखें। स्थिति अद्यतन नहीं की गई है.

DMT के लिए - टी+2 कार्य दिवस Other Services के लिए - टी+1 कार्य दिवस AEPS सेवाओं के लिए - टी+4 कार्य घंटे।

Withdrawing Money to your Bank Account (Move to Bank)

अपने बैंक खाते से पैसे निकालना (बैंक में ले जाना)

एईपीएस और माइक्रो एटीएम निकासी के मामले में आप अपने डीएमटी खाते से अपने बैंक खाते में पैसे भेज सकते हैं।

कभी-कभी बैंक की ओर से देरी हो जाती है, खासकर सोमवार को या जब बैंक छुट्टियों के बाद फिर से खुलते हैं। ऐसे भुगतानों के लिए बैंक की कतार लग जाती है और इसलिए आपके खाते में राशि पहुंचने में कुछ समय लग सकता है।

इसलिए हम आपसे अनुरोध करते हैं कि कृपया दिन समाप्त होने तक प्रतीक्षा करें। यदि आप पैसा दिन के अंत तक प्राप्त नहीं करते हैं, तो कृपया help@dialmytrip.com पर हमसे संपर्क करें और हम बैंक से इसकी जांच कराएंगे।

Withdrawing Money to your Bank Account (Move to Bank)

You can withdraw money from your DMT account to your Bank Account in case ofAePS& Micro ATM Withdrawals.

Sometimes there is a delay at the bank's end especially on Mondays or when the banks reopen after holidays. Such payments get queued up at bank and hence it takes some time for the amount to reach in your account.

We therefore request you to kindly wait till the day end. In case you do not receive them by the day end, please get in touch with us at help@dialmytrip.com and we will get it checked from the bank.

How to Add Money to DMT Wallet

यदि आपने डायलमायट्रिप को भुगतान किया है और उसे अपडेट नहीं किया गया है, तो कृपया नीचे दिए गए चरणों का पालन करें:

1) अकाउंट्स ->पेमेंट अपलोड रिक्वेस्ट पर जाएं 2) अपना जमा प्रकार चुनें 3) "जमा विवरण" प्रदान करें 4) राशि, संदर्भ आईडी और स्क्रीनशॉट या जमा पर्ची दर्ज करने के बाद "जमा अनुरोध सबमिट करें" पर क्लिक करें

अपडेट अनुरोध प्राप्त होने के बाद, डीएमटी टीम उसे सत्यापित करेगी और जैसे ही हमारे बैंक खाते में भुगतान जारी होगा, उसे अपडेट कर देगी।

एक बार अनुरोध करने के बाद आपको भुगतान अपडेट के लिए अलग से ईमेल/कॉल करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

Dear Partner,

If you have made a payment to Dialmytrip and the same has not been updated, please follow the below steps:

1) Go to Accounts ->Payment Upload Request 2) Select your Deposit Type 3) Provide the “Deposit Details" 4) Click on "Submit Deposit Request" after entering the Amount, Reference ID & Screenshot or Deposit Slip

Post receiving the update request, DMT Team will verify the same and will update the same as soon as the payment is released in our bank account.

You don't need to email/call separately for the payment update once you raise a request.

Biometric Device Installation for AePS services

To use AePS services, it is mandatory to have the RD services of the biometric device that you are using on your system.Please follow the steps below to install these services.

Please uninstall the existing RD services of any device from your system. You can do this by going to "Control Panel" >> Uninstall Programs

2.Download the RD services from the below URL:

Morpho – https://rdserviceonline.com/pages/find-device-serial-number

MANTRA - https://download.mantratecapp.com/Forms/DownLoadFiles

3.Once it is downloaded, you can install them and restart your system.

4.You may now connect the device with the system and start using the AePS services.

If you are using the device on mobile app, you can connect the device to your smartphone and you will be automatically redirected to Google Playstore. Kindly download these services and software required on your mobile. Once done, you may initiate a transaction.

Completing your DMT KYC

Dear Partner,

To start using Dialmytrip, it's mandatory to submit your KYC first.

You are requested to log in your DMT account and upload all mandatory KYC documents from Dashboard >My Profile page. Before uploading the KYC, just make sure that all the documents are clearly visible and self-attested.

KYC approval may take up to 24 working hours and status will be notified via SMS/Email.

AePStxnFail/Refund but amount deducted

कभी-कभी, एईपीएस नकद निकासी लेनदेन की स्थिति "विफल" या "रिफंड" हो सकती है, लेकिन राशि ग्राहक के खाते से काट ली जाती है।

ऐसे मामलों में, आमतौर पर रकम अगले 3-7 कार्य दिवसों में सीधे ग्राहक के बैंक खाते में स्वचालित रूप से जमा हो जाती है। हम आपको कुछ दिन इंतजार करने की सलाह देते हैं। यदि यह स्वचालित रूप से नहीं होता है, तो कृपया ग्राहक को अपने बैंक में जाने के लिए कहें, बैंक में अपनी पासबुक अपडेट कराएं, अपनी पासबुक से प्रविष्टि दिखाएं और बैंक प्राधिकरण के साथ दिए गए लेनदेन के लिए चार्जबैक जमा करें। बैंक अगले कुछ दिनों में राशि को फिर से भेज देगा और ग्राहक के खाते में वापस जमा कर देगा।

इसके अलावा, आप पासबुक का पहला पृष्ठ और प्रवेश पृष्ठ हमारे साथ साझा कर सकते हैं और हम इसे अपने बैंक के साथ अपने स्तर पर जांच करवा सकते हैं। यदि हमारा बैंक हमें धन प्राप्त होने की पुष्टि करता है, तो हमारे बैंक में धनवापसी शुरू कर दी जाएगी और ग्राहक को अगले सात (7) कार्य दिवसों में धन प्राप्त हो जाना चाहिए। यदि राशि हमारे बैंक के पास नहीं है, तो ग्राहक ने अपने बैंक से जो चार्जबैक उठाया है, उससे उसे पैसा पाने में मदद मिलेगी।
